Accessibility Policy

Xfinity Live! Philadelphia is a general admission venue. So if you require ADA-compliant seating or assistance, you should approach security personnel at the front entrance when you arrive. They will help you find the appropriate seating area.

Alcohol Policy

Xfinity Live! Philadelphia does not allow outside drink. The facility has several restaurants and bars that you can go to if you want your choice of dining and refreshments before or after your show. Due to the child policy, event staff can and will refuse a drink to anyone who looks younger than 21 years of age and/or cannot produce valid ID proving they can legally drink.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Current and unexpired State or government-issued driver’s license ID.

  • Current and unexpired State or government-issued ID

  • Armed Forces ID

  • Valid U.S. Passport or travel visa/passport issued by a foreign country containing the holder’s photograph.

Child Policy

Xfinity Live! Philadelphia does serve alcohol at the various restaurants and bars at the facility. So children below the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. After 8 pm on Friday or Saturday (or during special events as announced), all guests must be 21 years of age or older to be allowed entry to Xfinity Live! You will need acceptable forms of a photo ID and event staff reserves the right to card guests and make sure they are allowed entry.

Cover Charge Policy

Xfinity Live! Reserves the right to charge fees or late night passes during certain events at the Sports Complex. These fees are usually announced as part of the event promotion materials. Xfinity Live! Philadelphia is focused on your comfort. Dress for comfort and enjoy the show. Please be aware that clothing featuring profane or offensive language or imagery may cause event staff to bar you from entry.

Outside food and drink are prohibited inside the facilities at Xfinity Live! Philadelphia. You can order refreshments at any of the on-site bars or restaurants.

Lost and Found Policy

Please be sure to leave detailed information including, your full name, your contact information, detailed description of your lost item(s), and the day and event you attended when your item(s) went missing. Staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

Photography and Video Policy

Photography, video, and audio recording, radios, or any other playback device are strictly prohibited.

  • Weapons of any kind including guns, knives, replicas, pepper spray, and projectiles

  • Outside food and beverages including alcohol

  • Metal Cans

  • Laser pointers

  • Glass containers

  • Selfie Sticks

  • Large bags, backpacks, camelbacks, or bota bags including bags larger than 16’’x16’’x8’’

  • Hard coolers

  • Drones

  • Clothing with offensive or profane language

  • Banners that interfere with games or have political or commercial messages

Even though cellphones are not restricted, Xfinity Live! Philadelphia asks that you keep them silent during events.

Event staff reserves the right to inspect your bags or ask you to check your bags before your scheduled performance.
